My gate score is 561 I belongs to OBC category for the PG in mechanical engg in design or thermal or manufacturing any chance to get coep

Congratulations on getting a good GATE score.
From the last two years, there has been a drastic increase in the cutoffs for the MTech courses at COEP. For the last two years, OBC category cutoffs for Design Engineering and Thermal Engineering courses at COEP have been 640+. So it seems difficult to get these courses. On the other hand, the cutoff for Manufacturing Engineering and automation program at COEP is 320+. So you stand a good chance to get into this course.
Apart from these other courses such as Materials engg and Process metallurgy also have low cutoffs in the range of 440+. So you can look for these too.
