Hello!Pratik

With this score you won't get any OLD NITs as for high ranked NITs you need at least 600 score under general category.For old IITs you need at least 700 score.You may get new IITs under OBC IITs like IIT DHANBAD,IIT DHARWAD,IIT MANDI etc.Tobknow which more colleges you may get visit below mention link:
