My gate score is 596 and marks is 52 in GATE 2021. Is there any possibility to get admission in some old IITs ?

For me to be able to tell you if you will get admission into IITs through this score in GATE, you need to tell me for which course did you appear in GATE exam, what is your reservation criteria, which courses are you targeting in IITs. Without all these information I cannot tell you if you will get IITs or not.
For reference, if I assume you are from General Category and you are applying for Civil Engineering, then you can get IITs with this much score. You can get these branches in Civil Engineering: IIT Guwahati -- Geotechnical Engineering, IIT Bhubaneswar-- Water Resources Engineering, IIT Bombay -- Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Areas Technology and Development, IIT Hyderabad -- Climate Change, IIT Guwahati -- Earth System Science and Engineering.
