My GATE score is 647(IN) with obc. Can I get Mtech in VLSI or Control & Automation in old IITs?

well firstly congratulations for that good score, yes there are plenty of chances for you especially in old iit's also more and more chances in NIT'S like trichy,surathkal,etc .
well sure according to my knowledge ,i think that you will get admission in instrumentation engineering rather than vlsi because for vlsi you needs more.marks and category score you should meet.
