Firstly, congratulations for this score!! Coming to your question, well yes it is highly possible that you can get admission in Osmania University. Just the little indeterminacy comes because no one can certainly tell about the marks vs rank analytics. It changes every year because the level of difficulty and  the aptitude level of students is different from that of the previous years. The cutoff list is on the basis of rank. Still keep your hopes high, as you can make through it.
