My GATE score is 679, Rank:2521 in EE (UnReserved). What are my best chances for IITs/NITs?

You should use College predictor tool of Careers360 to get idea about the colleges you are going to get.And based on your rank you should try for M.Tech in IITs with low rank and in NITs you will have a chance to get the admission. So, its on you whether to go in lower IIT or a good NIT.
