The IITs close at around gate score of gate score of 750-700 varying from trade to trade. You can try IIITs/NITs as they too close around 550-600 score. Other options may  include Govt. college/Deemed University but they may take another round of interview/written test too to decide your merit. You can choose based on previous year trends.
