my gate score is 883 (marks 81.89 and rank 78) in civil branch and OBC NCL category what are the chances of PSU like ONGC IOCL & NHAI?

hi,
see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, number of vacancy in particular psus etc. however at this score you have decent chances for psu , so I suggest you to apply all of them where vacancy is for civil engineering.
