my gate2022 rank in cse is 4071, and gate score is 460. i registered for ccmt counseling. i have the choice to apply for nit tircy and nit suratkal. can i expect to get into these two nits ?

Hi,
You have not mentioned your category so I will be answering from the perspective of a general student. The cutoff for CSE in round 3 for CCMT-22 was 683 CSE and 622 for information security in NIT Suratkhal and for NIT Trichy cutoff for round 3 CSE was around 700. So you don't have many chances. Meanwhile, you can use the GATE College predictor to find your best chances:
