my gate(EC) score is 473 and my marks:35.67 and BTech (ECE) :80.6 in general category please give suggestion in getting MTech in IITs.

Hello Kiran
With this score you can't get IIT's or even the lower garde NIT's. To get IIT's for Ece you must have a Score of above 600( IIT Gandhinagar closing cutoff).
So, you can try the state Universities or the other private Univrsities which accepts GATE score.
