My general category jee mains rank is 130243. Can I get CSE, IT or ECE in any of the NITs, GFTIs or IIITs in CSAB round 2020?

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs through CSAB Counselling as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission in such branches on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
