My general girl rank is 3469 and obc girl rank is 500 in the upsee. Can I get any government college in upsee?

Hi Shivi, congratulations on your good marks. With this rank, you can easily get BIET JHANSI, JSS NOIDA, KNIT SULTANPUR, GALGOTIA or even IET LUCKNOW although CSE will be difficult. If you really want CSE, you should apply for it. You might get it.
