Yes you have moderate chances of getting NIFTs.

Authorities have not published any official cut off lists yet but last year the closing rank for NIFT  Bhubaneswar was 534 and for NIFT Jodhpur was 533, for NIFT Patna it was 563 and for NIFT kannur it was 639. so you have high chances of getting a seat ay NIFT Kannur, so you can get NIFT for BFTech.
