my general rank 35000+ ,SC rank 2974, and TFW rank 11000+ . Can i get any goverment engineering college?

With the general rank it is tough for you to get a chance in any government college. But with the SC rank you will get the chance to get seat in any government college like, Jadavpur college, Kalyani Colleges etc. You get the chance in any top rated private (affiliated to MAKAUT) colleges too.
