Your advance rank is not so good.It will give you nothing , But as your JEE MAINS rank is 15700 then you will definitely get a seat in one of the NIT or GFTis.So fill the preferences according to your interest and the Institute you want.Than you will have to wait for the counselling only.Your option form should be based on your career goals like if you want CS of some particular college then fill it at topmost.

Hi Naveen,
At your JEE Advanced rank, you won't get anything decent. I would suggest you to don't go for the IITs, go for NITs. You can get admission in some good NITs. Some of the NITs which you can get are:
- MANIT Bhopal ( Mechanical)
- NIT Rourkela ( Civil)
- NIT Trichy ( Production )
- BIT Mesra ( ECE)
- NIT Durgapur ( Electrical & Mechanical)
- NIT Surathkal(Metallurgical and Materials Engineering)
I would suggest you to use college predictor so as to have a better view of all the options available to you.
All the best
Hello,
You have slight chances to get into iit and good chances to get into nits. The nits you are going to get are far more better than the iits that you are going to get.
You have good chances to get into the following-
NIT Warangal( Biotechnology)
NIT Uttarakhand( ECE,EEE,ME,CE)
NIT Srinagar( all branches)
NIT Silchar( ECE,EEE,ME,CE, Electronics and instrumentation engineering)
NIT Mizoram( all branches)
NIT Manipur( all branches)
NIT Jamshedpur( ECE, EEE, metallurgical and materials engineering)
NIT Durgapur( Biotechnolgy, Chemical engineering)
Hello aspirant,
You have good rank in both JEE Mains and JEE Advance. You can opt for some of the best NITs and even you have chances of getting IIT. You cannot get admission in the top 5 IITs but you do have chances of getting admission in the IITs other than top 5. So do try for the IITs. Or you can also go for the NITs. But my suggestion will be to try for the IITs. You have a look which colleges you can get based upon your rank through this link:

Thank you. Best of luck!
