Well, brother with 10k rank in CRL general category, you can't expect much to have a chance at IIT. May be IIT Pallakkad Civil or ISM Dhanbad Environment though I won't advise any student to join

If you are interested in petroleum then you can admit in Rajiv Gandhi Petroleum university on the basis of JEE adv. scorecard
