my general rank is 240000 in which govt college i can admit in cse branch

Dear Student,
Your General category rank is very high .With this rank your chances to get a seat in a good Government college are very less. You will not get any NIT or IIIT with this score.
So to get a seat in state colleges you can try state level counsellings in states like Haryana, Punjab , MP, Odisha etc. You can get branches like Civil ,Chemical in some govt. colleges.
