my general rank is 26972 and ews rank is 3826 .i m a girl .can i get rajkiye engineering college in upsee councelling 2020?? please tell me?

Congratulations for getting good rank in UPSEE 2020. According to the last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very very less or no any chances of getting admission into the Rajkiye college of engineering. The highest cut offs in 2019 was 13000 which is for mechanical branch but as your rank is very much lower than that so that you have no any chances of admission.
You should go through the below link of last some years cut offs of the above mentioned institution which will clear your all doubts regarding cut offs and your admission chances.

1) JSS institute of technical education, Noida with civil and electrical branch.
2) Bundelkhand university, Jhansi with CSE and mech branch.
