You haven't said about the exam you have appeared. As per the details your rank is good enough. IF you have appeared JEE Main and you have mentioned the JEE Main result then you can get best and top NIT college. You can apply for it. If not then which ever exam you have given you can apply for the government college which accepts that exam.

You can apply for the Universities or Top colleges which has conducted the entrance also.
