My General Rank is 70k + and OBC NCL Rank is 20151, NIT Silchar in 2018 offered seats of CSE for OBC at CRL 20k to 22k, would I be eligible?

Hope you are doing well! Congratulations on securing a decent rank in JEE mains exam. First of all if you belong to Assam then you will get home state quota. And if you belong to home state quota and as you have said you belong to OBC category then with this rank as per previous year cut off you can get NIT Silchar with your preferable branch i.e computer science engineering. But if you don't belong to home state quota than you will not get NIT Silchar. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.
