Well there are chances that you will get Information technology with this jee main rank.Some seats are reserved (10 % in all the private engineering colleges) for Jee main ranks and it has nothing to with management quota and wbjee ranks.Wait till last round of counselling, chances are high you will get IT.I would suggest you to apply for computer science and engineering as well, as this is considered to be the best branch of TISL.Moreover the curriculum is almost the same for IT and CSE.

Update: The opening and closing rank for wbjee is out and you can view the cut off rank for colleges.For TISL IT, opening rank for 2017 ( round 3) is 16341 and closing rank is 65264.

Apply for the counselling and hope for the best.Go for colleges like Netaji subhas, Haldia, RCC as well.You can get CSE also.See the opening and closing rank and do the choice filling carefully.
