My GMR in Pubdet 2019 in Geology is 58 and my OBC-B rank is 4. Can I get admission in Geology in Presidency University???

Presidency University will start the reservation of 120 vacant seats which have been left behind after the first round of counseling.
Only 120 seats are under the reserved category.
The main concern of the university authority is that there are not too many takers for the UG courses in the reserved category.
