Since your ST ranking is 2200, you can easily get the top colleges accepting WBJEE ranks.

In Jadavpur University itself you can get all branches.

Some of the top government colleges are Jadavpur University,Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology,Kalyani Government Engineering College,Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College etc.
