My gmr in wbjee is 15023 and I am a sc candidate, domicile of west bengal can I get at least printing in jadavpur university?

It's very disheartening to say that even though being a domicile of West Bengal, you are ineligible for Printing in Jadavpur University that closed at 14000 for SC candidates and at 1500 around for GMR candidates.
