Now as you are looking for Government colleges and also you are interested in Chemical Engineering which is quite nice, so the thing is that as you know that chemical engineering is one of the oldest and reputed branch of engineering and every year a good number of students try for this particular branch in top Government colleges and many other hence, from this you can get idea that there will be a great competition for top level of colleges hence, you may find difficulties in getting that colleges, but definitely your trying should be must and also you can try in some medium range of colleges where positivity will be more for securing admission.
