My GMR rank is 11012 and SC rank is 776 can I get chance in Information technology in jadavpur or kalyani goverment engeenering college?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.
This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like
