My gmr rank is 21000 and SC rank is 1222 (WBJEE). Is there any chance to get govt engineering college??

Using your sc categy rank you can probably get a government college through wbjee but not particularly branch of your choice too. However you must wait for the counselling proceedings to begin and must apply to government colleges perty to wbjee. There are fair chances of you getting into a good government college.
