my gmr rank is around 8k but obc b rank is 349 can i get jadavpur in cse or electronics

Respected Sir, the opening rank for Jadhavour university last year was about 350 for CSE and about 1000 for Electronics for OBC B . Taking these stats into refernce, your chances are very hihg. I would suggest you to look for your chances in even better colleges becaused you have an amazing rank.
