My GN rank in uptu is 20683 and GNGL rank is 3128.what are the chances of getting govt engineering colleges.

Based on your UPSEE 2018 general and category rank, you have some chances of getting admission in government colleges but definitely not with top branches like CSE or ECE as your rank is bit high.
