My gn rank is 28939 can i get cs at galgotia college plz help me out?

I regret to inform you that with such low rank you may not fetch computer science engineering in this college.As 2018 cut off rank opening rank is 4733 and closing rank is 7114.However cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly but it is very difficult for you to get a seat.Do not loose hope you may get some other college so hope for the best.
