Since you need to score better in your enginerring because if you have failed doing a business then you still have one thing to do for living.
After Btech in CSE, there are various options for you to do startups and explore more.
You can pursue M.Tech for research and for ideas jn your projects and for that you need to give several examinations like JEE mains for pg course.

In order to get a degree in BTech, the conventional way would be to clear the JEE exam or the CET from your state. If you are interested in software, you should prefer CSE as your branch or learn coding from external sources if the branch isn't available at your score. You can pitch your business idea to investors and assemble a team to work on the same or you can also go for MBA to get a definite idea about commercial world and also to be able to earn enough to fuel your initiative without external help.
