yes, you can apply if your graduation needs one more year  you can apply in the final year as the whole process of SSC might extend upto a year if you are applying for CHSL you might not need your graduation certificate , provisional is enough for the purpose of verification. when it comes to cgl it is wiser to apply during last year or if you need experience you can definitely go for it.

Yes, you can apply for SSC CGL 2019 Exam. Candidates who have are in the final year or have passed the final year exam of graduation can apply for SSC CGL 2019.

After passing the SSC CGL Exam , you must have an original document of graduation and other mark sheet during the document varification.

Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer - Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. or Desirable - Chartered Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.

Junior Statistical Officer - Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level. OR Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

All Other Posts - Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
