Dear Student,
Grace marks do not directely affect but you must fulfill these criterias.
Criteria For The Academic Qualification:
- All applicants must have obtained the necessary aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
- Students who have passed the class XII qualifying exam.
- Students who are appearing for the class XII qualifying exam.
- Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as their subjects in Class XII.
Class XII is the basic qualifying exam, but the qualifying marks differ according to the candidates’ category. The following persons are eligible to give the exam:
- General Category - 50% marks in qualifying exam.
- OBC/SC/ST Category - 40% marks in qualifying exam.
- General- Physically Handicapped Category - 45% marks in qualifying exam.
- OBC/SC/ST- Physically Handicapped Category - 40% marks in qualifying exam.

Therefore, acccording to me, it does not matter whether you have grace marks or not as long as these criterias are fulfilled.
