my half of the 12th marksheet has been stained by ink it was kept with stamp pad ink and the half of the marksheet has been turned blue because of that nothing is visible..... can i get the hard copy again please tell and how please help

Hello student,
As per your query, since you have damaged your class XII marksheet, you need not to worry. Just visit the official website of Central Board of Secondary Examination-CBSE and apply for issue of class XII marksheet. You will be required to fill your basic details like your name, father's name, class and board roll number. It will cost you a small amount but yes you will receive your marksheet within 10-15 days via post.
