My has got 20000 rank in aeee shell we get the seat in amritha university for engineering in any branch and any camps

Going by previous years cut off, unless you have a state quota in any of the states where the branches of Amrita are, you will not be able to secure a seat in any campus.
If you do have a state quota, then also it is very tough to secure a seat. Your best chances are EEE in Amritaputi(State Quota), EI, EEE in Coimbatore(State Quota)
