Your height is in between 164.592 cms-167.64 cms. The minimum height required male for Army is 157.5 cms, for Navy 157 cms and for Air Force is 162.5 cms through CDS. For female candidates the minimum height required is 152 cms. The minimum height is reduced by 5 cms for candidates belonging to Gorkhas and hills of North-Eastern region of India, Garhwali and Kumaon and for candidates from Lakshwadeep the minimum height is reduced by 2 cms. So, yes you are eligible to join any of the forces through CDS provided you must qualify in the exam.
