my hometown is uttar pradesh but i completed my studies till 12 in delhi would i be eligible for uttar pradesh 85%state quota ? if i had domicile of up 2... what address should i fill in my permanent address UP or delhi? 3... can i apply for both states under state quota... PLZ Answer

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you if you have a permanent address of Uttar pradesh then you can certainly apply for domicile quota in Uttar pradesh which will certainly give 85% home state quota. If you are availing state quota of Uttar pradesh then you can not avail domicile quota for any other states.
