In recent times when you go through the HSC marks criteria of any national level entrance exam, you would discover that for general category candidates the minimum marks required in HSc is 50% but for reserved categories like OBC you need 40% marks in aggregate in your 10+2. Now when you have the Maharashtra Domicile certificate then you would not face any issues later.

Yes you will be eligible because as per the eligibility criteria the OBC candidate should have at least 40% marks in PCB combination and you have 48% so you completely eligible for admission in Maharashtra colleges through state quota counselling of Maharashtra on the basis of your NEET UG score.
To be eligible for admissions through NEET UG score you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions :-
For 10+2 or equivalent :-
>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.
>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).
>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.
So if you satisfy all above conditions then you are eligible for admissions on the basis of NEET UG score.
