Hello Amit,
It is very difficult to tell you about the cut-off for IISER Kolkata because after you give the IAT exam, there is no disclosure of the marks.
Since the marks are not disclosed, no one really knows the cut-off marks of any of the IISERs. The list that comes out only has the names of the students that have been selected and the IISER that they have been allotted.
However, some of the alumni say that to get into IISER Pune one must try to score 110+ marks in IAT; and for any of the other IISERs you will have chances only if your score 70+ marks.
Since you say your score is 72 marks, you might have chances of admission but I will not solely depend on this so you must try for some other colleges as well just to be on a safe side.
