For the TS EAMCET counselling many documents are needed like
aadhar card, 10th mark list, Intermediate short memo, study certificates, income certificate, etc.
Yes you can join the latest income certificate or the income certificate issued before January, 2018 may not be considered. So refer to the official website for complete information.
