Dear Jyothi, for being eligible for NEET, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 10+2. If not as a core subject, you can study Biology atleast as an additional subject. But you should hace studied Biology and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in your 10+2 in these 3 subjects. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. But MPHW doesn't have any of these 3 subjects and so am afraid you are not eligible for NEET.
