my ipe mark are 529/600.what will be my rank if i get 45-50 marks in ts eamcet.and what r the good clg for good clg&good placement acording to the rank i belong to sc female my parents income is less than 2Lak pa will i get free seat in good clg or i need to pay fee if s how much fee i should pay
