My ipu cet rank for bhmct 2019 is 303. I am in the general category. Will I make it to the merit list? And when is the merit list out ?

Since you haev not mentioned your domicile that you belong to Delhi or Outside Delhi i am considering you to be a Delhi General and yes you would be able to get to the merit list
