the chances are less of getting admission in any college because every college requirement is for 60% in your graduation this is the elogibilty criteria , you have good rank and work experience as well but hard to say that you will get admission in any college becaus eof the low score in graduation i will suggest you that try to contact to the college regarding this.

You do have a lot of work experience and you are talented i must say but you do not fulfill the eligibilty criteria for most of the colleges which is minimum 60% marks in graduation. In this case only if you personally insist the admin staff of the college or principle something can happen. GOOD LUCK.
