Yeah you can get admission in cse branch in state government institutes and in private institutes.

With your AIR it is difficult to get CSE in any good NIT but i think with your obc your chances of getting into NIT are better but I fear that might not able to get CSE as it is among the core branches of engineering hence it's cut offs are usually highest among all but hopefully you'll get CSE in IIIT and ither government colleges but as you told that your overall percentage is 73? If so then sorry to say the minimum required percentage for jee mains are 75.
