my jam 2020 score is 51 and my rank is 496(obc) in biotechnology,is there any chance of getting any IIT or NIT?

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as cutoff varies every year. IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore offer M.Sc Biotechnology. But as per the previous year cutoff, with this rank the chances are less to get a seat for Biotechnology in IITs and none of NIT offer M.Sc biotechnology programme.
