my jee 2020 paper 2 persentile is 61.and Iam belongs to shedule tribal. So I have any chance to get seat in any Nit sir?

See, with this information it is very hard to predict which colleges you may get under JoSAA rank as you have not provided the ST Rank .
However from the previous trends of cutoffs at various NITs it is imperative that you may not be able to get a seat in any NITs/SPA/GFTIs offering B.Arch degree under JoSAA.
