my jee 2020 percentile is 98.80 can i skip jee mains april and completely focus on jee advanced

Till date there is no cutoff released for jee advance.
Based on the previous trends 85+ percentile is decent enough to qualify for jee advance. And congratulations for your good score.. So it may be the better idea to focus completely on the jee advance.
