Hi,

Your rank is too very good. So go for counselling you will get the college you want to go for. Iit kharagpur. You will definitely get but choose the branch according to your choice.

but in 2017 closing rank for cse in kharagpur was 127 and in 2016 it was 196 in obc category.how will they decide closing ranks?

Closing ranks for CSE is getting low day by day. You can try in new IITs.
