Admission also depends on various factors such as category, home state quota, branch selection, number of students applied, number of seats, difficulty level of examination, etc.
Now 985 is your which category rank either general, obc or sc/St. Well with this rank you are having chances of getting CSE in new IITs such as IIT Ropar, Tirupati,etc. It majorly depends on your category rank and home state quota also.
